These shallots came from I don’t know where. The same goes for the video I’m streaming that tells me how to sauté them. Offering them on the stovetop altar of con-fusion, I add my scattered ethics and metaphysically borscht. Here is my slightly weathered pan, where they come together to form something more coherent to serve others.
