The time of hyperobjects is a time of hypocrisy

We are all and cannot help being hypocrites. Even the most earnest contradict themselves. The worst part of it is that the dissonance between our words and actions is only revealed much later to ourselves and others. We drift through forces of much more extensive. The best we can do is acknowledge our hypocrisies and inch without others out of them into new, slightly better ones.
